Built company alongside two McKinsey consultants. Punching well above our weight, we were able to take a small dream that was conceived in a living room and scale it into an established company backed by Adidas through a series-A funding round.

  • Developed go-to-market strategy, defined product lines, and instituted key performance indicators.

  • Collaborated with VP of Marketing on conceptualizing and producing a global digital multi channel ad campaign featuring our professional athletes.

  • Nurtured relationships with global retail partners.

  • Led sales team encompassing managers and independent agents throughout the US and major international territories.

  • Evaluated sales and marketing analytics to improve e-commerce platform, revenue generation, and overall customer experience.

  • Established strategic distribution agreements and oversaw international expansion to Europe and Asia.

  • Initiated digital transformation effort and transition from an omni-channel business into a pure e-commerce model
